Amánda Argot Efthimiou, founder of INTEGRA, is a transformation coach, keynote speaker and facilitator that explores the nexus of consciousness, technology, and the future of wellbeing to regenerate self and society. With an MSc in Neuroscience, she focuses on the integrative effects of plant-based medicines, architecting personal transformations by bridging traditional knowledge systems with scientific insights. A dedicated student of nature, she previously directed a nonprofit aimed at supporting the preservation of bio-culture and indigenous territories in the Amazon basin. Her consulting clients are leading mental wellbeing and alternative healthcare companies, including Headspace, the world's largest meditation app with more than 70 million users, and Woven Science, an ecosystem of companies that creates and supports early-stage psychedelic and wellness companies in the US, Canada, and Europe. She’s an advisor Safar, Mindlumen, Inside Space, and is on the Brain Trust for the House of Beautiful Business.
