Integra was born from the need for people to find meaning and healing from their transformational experiences. Integra solves the gap in the wellness market by focusing on the aftercare of a journey, which includes the tools, services, and customizable frameworks necessary for sustained personal & collective growth. We do this by developing integration programs, content, and curation for companies, wellness-focused hospitality projects & retreat centers, and facilitators & guides.
Amánda Efthimiou, the founder of Integra, has a background in Psychology & Neuroscience, with a focus on integrating psychedelics with western-based therapy. She’s on the Board of Directors for the foundation El Puente, which bridges the modern science of psychedelic therapy with indigenous wisdom traditions.
